Wednesday's Word

Word: Ugly (Adj.)
Definition: Ill-tempered

“The old man Brown was some ugly about them kids swiping his apples.”
“Well, it wan’t the apples they took. It was they clumb up in the tree and shook it and then just picked up a few before they skedaddled. Left all the rest bruised on the ground.”
“I don’t blame him then. I’d be ugly myself.”
